Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (which does not include the weekends or holidays). Shipping depends on stock, geographic location and demand of items requested. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped we will send your tracking information to the email address provided. Total processing and shipping time can equal up to 10 business days after your purchase date.

All delivery times are estimated. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please confirm your billing and shipping address when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of nature. ***Due to Covid-19 shipping times may take longer than usual.

All shipments will be through USPS. Please note that the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to register shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please contact us at

Allow up to 48 hours for a response.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

BSBS™️ does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that are still "in transit" with the shipping carrier. You will need to contact the shipping carrier for assistance on the status of your package.
